Title: Compact, travel friendly liner
Review: Great liner for your sleeping bag or to keep a hard to clean blanket fresher which is the way I use this the most.Very lightweight and soft while being travel friendly. Packs very small in its own little pouch. This met my expectation as a barrier in keeping my skin from touching a very thick, almost impossible to wash blanket clean. I did not use it outdoors.I am petite so the size was perfect although taller or larger framed individuals may find it more restrictive. I usually get better sleep as I am not tossing and turning and it seems to regulate my temperature better.Good value for usefulness, portability and comfort.

Title: Smallest Footprint Bag
Review: This is the most lightweight and compact sleeping bag liner I have found. The material is soft against my skin and great at keeping me toasty warm. The fabric is similar to parachute material that has been treated to respell water. When tested , the water did bead up and roll off. Because this bag is so lightweight there is no zipper, and won’t be ideal if you are a hot sleeper. I am always cold, and for me less weight in my pack is always more. Ideally this is designed for a mummy sleeping bag for small to medium framed individuals.

Title: DWR is a Huge Flaw (Update: but it does wash out)
Review: three-month Update: After researching ways to remove DWR, I chose the “just wash it every week with your other laundry” method. After 10 or so washings, the fabric is less water repellent and more breathable, so I think that this is a usable product if you account for that. As such, I’m changing my rating from one star to three, simply because this is one of few listings for a nylon liner and a four ounce liner sheet for less than $15 is a great deal. If you like the feel of smooth crisp woven nylon, as opposed to knit polyester or cotton, this is a good option if you have time to wash out the DWR.In addition to being a Scout Leader and bikepack/backpacker, I do a little DIY gear making. I do currently use a sleeping bag liner sheet, which comes from a common sporting store chain. This is smaller and a little lighter than my normal sheet, and is a great ripstop fabric (frankly, I wish I could purchase it by the yard!), but the second I touched it, I knew there was a problem. This fabric is not breathable. The listing states that it’s water repellant and breathable, but this is false. This is a woven fabric that has been treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) coating, AKA silicone. because the fabric has no pores, and is treated this way, it’s closer to being airtight than breathable in any way. I can’t imagine sleeping in this in any temperature range. See the last photo, where water is fully on top of the fabric.

Title: Ultralight and space saving! Extends the life of your sleeping bag and wicks moisture! Essential.
Review: Surprisingly silky and soft! Was not expecting that at all. And the fact that you can pack it down to take up absolutely no space and it weighs little more than nothing is fantastic. Perfect for those who want to make the most out of every bit of space and weight in their backpack. It’s also extremely comfortable to the touch. I don’t see this doing too much in terms of added warmth. But this will help extend the life of your sleeping bag and wick moisture/sweat away as you sleep, which in essence will keep you warmer. Definitely a must have piece of gear either way. It’s much comfier than 99% of sleeping bag interiors I’ve encountered.

Title: Ultralight Sleeping Bag Liner
Review: This sleeping bag liner is lightweight and comfortable. It is machine-washable and line dries readily. It compresses, as advertised, into a provided carry bag that is about the size of a 12 oz. soda can. This will protect the inside of a sleeping bag and can be laundered much more frequently than would be practical for the entire sleeping bag. It is also suitable for use in hotel/motel lodging, if you would like something between you and the commercial bedding. It feels smooth and durable. I’m glad to have this.

Title: Ok, but not great
Review: This sleeping bag liner is very smooth and silky and it compacts easily back into its stuff sack. However, it is a bit short for an adult. I’m only 5’3” and I thought it could benefit from at least an extra 6 inches. It would be way too short for an average height man or tall woman. Width wise I thought it was fine if you are used to mummy bags, even a bit roomy at the top. If you are using it with a square bag or in a hotel bed you will probably think it’s a bit restrictive. Finally, the material retains heat well, but isn’t very breathable. I’m a fairly sweaty sleeper, so I would only be able to use this if it was pretty cool out. If it’s even slightly warm this liner would make me a wet mess.
