Its well built and last a long time from one single change. Great for camping. Our power went out at the cabin during a winter storm and I used the fan to push hot air from the wood stove through out the cabin. ( and no, don’t sit it on the wood stove) Its also very quiet. You can just tell they had a lot of passion to make this the best version of itself that it could be, and I believe they pulled it off. I can’t think of a single improvement that can be made without altering the price. This is an almost perfect product, and it’s in the details where this is most evident.The details are what elevate this product and make it more than the sum of its parts. Here are just a few things I like:- The entire fan is super thin and lightweight, making it perfect for travel and camping.- The light bar spans the full width of the frame, and it’s a solid bar of light – not multiple pinpoints.- Both the fan and the light are very powerful, with three speed settings each.- Each function has a dedicated button – fan (power), light, and timer.- The LCD screen is in the same panel as the three function buttons, and they all share the same size and shape. Looks nice.- The aluminum cap and the LCD screen both come with static cling covers.- The hinged hanging hook is steel, and is inlaid into the frame. A lesser version of this product would have a plastic hook that just flops around and isn’t inlaid.- The center cap is anodized aluminum in polished gunmetal grey, and nicely compliments the satin look of the plastic body.- The fan blades are translucent plastic. I think this a way to allow as much light to pass through the body of the fan as possible. A fan with black blades would block more light (remember, this can be hung from above), and light is precious inside a tent. It’s one of those simple details that really makes you think they tried to make the best possible product they could.- The hinged kickstand folds into the frame (almost) seamlessly, and tiny magnets hold it in place so it doesn’t inadvertently spring out. I like tiny magnets.- It comes with a charging cable.This is a great fan that’s clearly been made with passion and purpose. Review: We do farmers markets, and after enough long, hot days we finally broke down and bought a portable fan we absolutely love. The problem? It’s bulky, it’s awkward to pack, and I’ve dropped it more times than I want to admit (it still works, bless its heart). That old fan has a mister, color lights, and cost around $30 – and with two of us working, we really needed a second fan anyway.So I decided to try this Warmco fan, even though the $50 price tag made me go “eek” for a second. But when it arrived… wow. It’s thin but surprisingly sturdy, and unbelievably easy to pack and carry. Huge upgrade in portability.What I like:• Uses a regular USB-C charger – thank you!• Three light settings – nice to have, though the differences are small. I would’ve loved one truly soft night-light setting, but that’s nitpicking.• Stand folds in and holds its position well – very handy. I could see it wearing down over time with heavy use, but so far so good.• Hook included – it’s a tiny metal hook on a plastic frame. It’s not going to hang from everything and you’ll be limited to small loops or thin rope. You can hang it from the stand itself, though, and I think that might be what they intended. I get it, and it would have been difficult to get a bigger hook in there.• Four fan speeds – all useful, and they actually move a lot of air. Nicely done.• Battery percentage screen – love this! Our older fan only has four little dots, so knowing the exact charge is a huge improvement.I haven’t drained the battery completely yet, but both this fan and our older one take a while to charge which is pretty normal for big-capacity batteries.Overall:We’re genuinely impressed. It’s thin, strong, easy to travel with, and blows a good amount of air. I just wish it were a little less expensive and came with a more useful hanging hook. But performance-wise? This is a great fan, and its already in our farmers market kit! I would give 4.5 stars if I could but will round up! However that may not work for you if you are big into the white noise aspect.It puts out plenty of air, and I have used a fan on my face to sleep for 40 years now. I consider myself a fan enthusiast, and have many fans. This is a good fan. I like that I can balance it on something or hang it in my tent. I also like that I can use it easily if hypothetically, I were to have to sleep on the couch. It is portable and stores easily as it is rather thin.I cannot speak to how long it is going to last, but so far so good. I used it for two weeks straight every night over the holidays and it worked well. It is not whining or anything. I would recommend this item wholeheartedly. Reviewer: Grey Rating: 5.0 out of 5 stars Title: Review: I think this is a fantastic fan, not just for camping but for having around the home to circulate air particularly on a warm day.The fan is slimline and lightweight, making it ideal to pack away and take on journeys. That said, it’s a reasonable size in terms of height and width, with the fan blades taking up the vast majority of that space. This means it is very efficient for its size at circulating air. The stand is great and folds out to various increments allowing you to position the fan as you need it, and there’s also a folding hanging arm for use in a tent.The operation of the fan is very easy, with a press of a button to circulate through the various speeds, and long press to turn off. I found even on the lowest setting, which is whisper quiet, the fan created a noticeable and consistent breeze. When you turn the speed up, you can really feel it.Little bonuses are the fact that the fan has an inbuilt light, and it can be used as a power bank if required. I especially like that it has a percentage battery display, meaning it was easy for me to keep on top of how much power was left.Regarding the battery, this is excellent and – particularly on the lowest setting – I found the fan runs for ages. As it’s USB-C researchable I can top it up with my phone charger without any bother.Overall, in my opinion this is an excellent bit of kit and is now a staple in my camping equipment for those swelting summer nights in a tent. It is made of good quality plastic, has four speed settings so perfect for most situations. The fan is not too noisy either which is a definite bonus and it has a stand.There is a LED strip light across the top of the fan which has three different power levels which is very useful.It is lightweight, so easy to transport and we are even considering taking it abroad due to its weight.Love the fact it is rechargeable by a usb-c connection and charges quite quickly.Very pleased with this.
