First attempt was on a brand new shirt that arrived vacuum sealed with deep wrinkles. I had put the shirt through the washer and dryer twice and it still had wrinkles. This little steamer removed the wrinkles very quickly using a slowly ironing motion.Only MAJOR drawback is the water tank size. You’re lucky to get one shirt done before having to refill the tank. If the garment is large or has lots of wrinkles you will probably have to refill the tank at least once, maybe twice.The unit doesn’t have an on/off switch so it’s always in standby mode so it needs to be unplugged if left unattended for any length of time.
