Title: Works wonderfully
Review: This is wonderful. It does take a bit to melt wax but there is a lot It is melting. Just follow instructions and make sure you test before putting whole hand or foot to make sure it is not too hot. I used it on my hands and it made them feel wonderful, soft and pain free. Great product!

Review: Very nice, sleek design of paraffin wax machine! Simple to use and I love that it came with everything needed to start indulging my hands and feet with the wax treatments! It feels so relaxing and is helping my hands and natural nails to heal from dryness and the wear of acrylic nails.Also, the owner has reached out directly when I texted to get the 2 year warranty and she offered helpful tips and a channel for further communication if there would ever be any issues. Title: Great machine, Excellent Customer Service!
Review: I’m very impressed with this Ella Bella machine! My physical therapist recommended that I get a paraffin wax machine to help relax my hand muscles prior to performing exercises on my hand that was injured and required surgery. I chose this machine mainly for the positive reviews of the customer service. And I wasn’t disappointed. I received excellent customer service from Ruth, the owner of Ella Bella! I have a health problem caused by anything scented that will cause bad bouts of coughing and difficulty breathing. Since there wasn’t an option to choose unscented paraffin wax, I just hoped there was a possibility that the wax included would be unscented. Unfortunately it was the lavender. I could smell it the moment I opened the Amazon shipping box. So I searched and found the Ella Bella unscented wax and ordered it. When I texted to activate the free warranty I was asked how I was doing with the machine. I replied that I hadn’t used it yet due to the scented wax and was waiting on the unscented to be delivered and explained my issue with anything scented. Ruth was very understanding and offered to issue me a refund on the unscented wax! And she gave me a few tips on operating the machine, which is easy to use. The temperature is easy to set to the best temp for me, the hot wax feels so good on my healing hand and helped with performing the exercises with relaxed muscles. I highly recommend the Ella Bella Paraffin Wax machine!

Title: Excellent Splurge
Review: I absolutely love my new Paraffin wax machine. What a luxurious treat to be able to have a spa treatment at home. I think the Ella Bella Machine & their wax is of great quality. The machine is very easy to use & wax is so moisturizing. I have neuropathy so my foot treatment was therapeutic & helped relax my problematic foot discomfort.The company has excellent customer service & is happy to answer any questions you may have.I recommend you treat yourself & buy the Ella Bella Paraffin Wax Machine. Maybe have a friend over & treat them as well. I invited my daughter over for a hand treatment & she loved it😊

Title: Great for arthritic hands
Review: Great item. Sleek design. Easy to operate. Arrived in an extremely sturdy cardboard box. Have only used once since receiving it recently, so don’t know what re-using the wax will be like the next time. Feels great for arthritic hands. Did not have to contact support center for anything, but the manual, as well as the box, provide contact information in case you need help or have questions. Recommend.

Title: Great wax machine, great service!
Review: I absolutely LOVE this wax machine. Good quality, and easy to use. My husband hates scented things, especially Lavender. The lavender scented paraffin is actually quite nice, not overpowering.My hands and feet feel so much softer after using this machine. And the heated wax feels so good while it’s on.And the customer service is amazing! When I registered the product, (with a 2 year warranty!) I actually received a real text (from a real person) asking how everything arrived, and did I have any questions before using it. They also gave tips on using the machine and the product. It’s nice to know if I have any questions about anything, that I can reach out and text them and get a response quickly. I highly recommend this product!
