Title: Game changer for hammock camping – stayed warm and set up in minutes!
Review: I took the OneTigris Hideout underquilt out on a three-night hammock camp recently and I’m seriously impressed. Setup was a breeze thanks to the built-in elastic straps and short bungee loops — one quick clip and I was ready. The 700 g polyester cotton fill and snug fit under my hammock kept the cold out and made a real difference when the night temps hit the low 40s.Weighing in around 2 lbs (890 g) and compressing down nicely, it didn’t add much bulk to my pack. The materials (210T terylene shell + 300T pongee lining) feel solid and well made for the price. If I had to pick one downside: it’s best suited for standard-sized hammocks and may not offer the best fit if you’re often laying very diagonally or using a wide double hammock. But honestly, for the price and performance — this underquilt hits a sweet spot. Highly recommend it for hammock campers wanting reliable warmth without breaking the bank.

Title: I love this underquilt!
Review: This underquilt is amazing! It’s late winter, and I live in Denver, and just tested it out by spending the night sleeping in a hammock on my balcony, using just this and a hammock blanket for warmth, and I was toasty all night long. I love the color, which matches my hammock blanket perfectly. Also, it stuffs down easily into the included compression sack, for compact storage. I would definitely buy again and would recommend it to my friends and family!

Title: Great All-Purpose Underquilt
Review: This was my first underquilt so I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. My first outing with it was camping in Yosemite, in late April. There was a cold snap the week we went out, and temps remained between 20-30F. Luckily this underquilt (along with a decent sleeping bag) saved my ass. I slept like a baby, warmer than ever. This thing has proven to be light, easy to pack, easy to set up, and proven to be warm (may be difficult if you’re very tall). There are lighter, more portable, and warmer underquilts abailable, if needed for an extreme outing. If you’re planning on doing most regular temperature campouts, I firmly believe this is the best you can buy at this price point.

Title: Great for Mild Weather and Moto Camping
Review: The OneTigris Hideout Hammock Underquilt worked great for my recent moto camping trip. It’s an excellent size for motorcycle camping, packs down well, and the attachment points are solid. The stitching quality is excellent, and overall build feels durable.Performance-wise, it kept me comfortable in 50°F weather when paired with a wool blanket. However, warmth becomes questionable below 40°F—I felt a little cold at 48°F with wind, so I’d recommend extra insulation for colder conditions. For mild weather, it’s perfect. The straps are a good length for a standard single hammock, but note that the material is not very stretchable, so plan your setup accordingly.Pros:Excellent size for moto campingSolid attachment pointsHigh-quality stitchingStraps are a good length for single hammocksPacks down well and easy to set upCons:Not ideal for temps below 40°F without extra insulationMaterial is not very stretchableIf you’re looking for a lightweight, well-made hammock underquilt for spring or fall camping, this is a great choice. Just plan for additional layers in colder weather.

Title: Nice affordable underquilt
Review: Simple underquilt for our hammock, easy to clip under our hammocks. We have used this underquilt at home and camping down to around 50 degrees and my wife was plenty warm- and even sleeping in her hammock at home she uses it for a little extra warmth. Would buy another one to have on hand. The bag straps are a little weird. They just need to be shifted off to the side to remove the quilt from the bag. No big deal but it could be designed a little better.

Title: Warm and easy to setup
Review: I used this with my double hammock on a backpacking trip. We camped at 11,500 feet in Colorado in September. Using this quilt, a backpacking pillow and my 0-degree bag, plus a rain fly overhead, I was hot and left my bag unzipped to my waist all night. We went to bed around 40 degrees at 8pm or so, and temps got to about 32 overnight. I was surprised how warm this kept me. It is not the lightest/smallest thing to backpack with. A Bivy and sleeping pad would be less than the full hammock setup, but for me, I sleep through the night in my hammock and it never goes flat – good sleep is worth an extra pound.

Title: Worth the purchase
Review: I’m happy with my purchase. I’ve seen it reviewed on YouTube before and wanted to try it. I used it in 0° weather with a good wind recently and was happy with it’s performance considering it seems thin. I wasn’t out overnight, but I would in the future. Great value.

Review: Despite my drafty apartment, keeps my indoor hammock cozy all year around. The bad reviews seem to be from people who think this is a standalone hammock. This is not a hammock, it goes under your hammock. It is designed to not hold weight… because it shouldn’t be holding any weight. It traps a pocket of air under the hammock that gets heated up by body heat and keeps you warm. Don’t buy if you’re actually looking for a hammock. However, if you already have a hammock and are cold, this will definitely help 😊

Review: The short of it: Good quality, easy to clip on, does a good job of keeping you warm, also looks nice.I’ve slept in my camping hammock several times before buying the underquilt and I’ve noticed a huge difference in comfort once the weather starts to cool off overnight. The ends are elastic with small hooks and they are simple to attach. If you’re looking for low budget that doesn’t feel cheap, this is the one.
