Title: Quality fish oil with a pungent lemon scent
Review: As someone in my mid-40s, I find it difficult to judge the actual efficacy of this fish oil without doing pre and post blood panels, which I haven’t done. The softgels are a standard size for fish oil, though they are quite large compared to most medications or other standard capsules. If you’re regularly consuming fish oil supplements, you know. They are easy enough to swallow, but the size is definitely something to keep in mind if you have trouble with larger pills.My main gripe is the smell of the product. While I understand that adding citrus helps prevent fishy burps, and I haven’t experienced any lemony or fishy aftertaste, the artificial lemon scent is overdone. It has a strong odor like bathroom cleaner that hits you as soon as you open the bottle. Overall, I’d give it four stars because it seems like a high-quality supplement, but the scent is definitely a drawback.
