Title: What can it hurt?
Review: We love these. The only bummer is that they contain stevia AND some amount of added sugar, ranging from 2 to 5 g added sugar per can for the ones in my fridge. I don’t know how people juggle carbs vs fiber, don’t wanna know, not sure if Stevia is bad for you, don’t wanna know, skeptical about special “digestive” blends as opposed to eating real food with real fiber… These are just tasty and if I am going to stray from the whole food / made from scratch path, these are only 30-45 calories a can with purported digestive benefits. What can it hurt?

Title: Happy overall
Review: Great flavors, the cherry cola tastes like the regular soda. I love the strawberry vanilla it is also great. The grape tastes a little too sweet and the lemon lime was pretty good as well.

Title: A low sugar alternative to soda for occasional use
Review: I do not drink soda regularly, but I do reach for it on occasion. When I do, I look for lower sugar, clear ingredient sourcing, and no artificial sweeteners. Olipop fits that use case well. One brief personal note for context. I do not enjoy drinking plain water, even though I understand the importance of hydration. I use Olipop as a reward style beverage. Something flavorful that helps me avoid traditional soda without feeling like a compromise.Taste and carbonation
Carbonation is moderate and smooth rather than sharp. Flavors are balanced and not syrupy, which makes it easy to drink with food or as an afternoon option.Cola style flavors are the closest to a traditional soda experience. Fruit based options read more like a lightly sparkling botanical drink. Preference will vary, but quality is consistent across flavors.Ingredients and formulation
The ingredient list is transparent and straightforward. Sugar content is significantly lower than standard soda, and sweetness comes from plant based sources rather than artificial sweeteners. Olipop also contains a blend of plant based fibers and botanicals intended to support digestive health. If you are new to prebiotic beverages, starting with one can is reasonable to assess tolerance. How I use it
I keep these chilled and reach for one when I want carbonation or flavor and water is not appealing. It works best as an occasional replacement rather than an everyday drink.Best for
People reducing sugar intake
Those transitioning away from regular soda
Buyers who value ingredient transparencyNot ideal for
Anyone expecting a one to one soda substitute
People sensitive to fiber enriched drinksOverall
Olipop does not overpromise. It offers a thoughtfully formulated alternative to soda with a more balanced nutritional profile. For occasional use, it performs exactly as intended.

Title: I enjoy this.
Review: At the start of the year, I tried different prebiotic sodas to see which ones I liked best. Of the brands I’ve tried so far, I’d probably put this at the top of my list, or at least close to it. I find that compared to some others, the flavor isn’t overpowering and a bit more pleasant than a lot of others I’ve tried so far.I think the value isn’t bad. Compared to the one I’ve tried before, this one is at a lower price. Still a better price than attempting to buy a bunch of single cans.

Title: Soda for digestive aid
Review: This has become my go-to soda pop drink. Deviating from general marketed sodas, Olipop incudes casava root, marshmallow root, prebiotics and fiber. Having suffered from IBS for several years, this has added a stability to my diet and gut health that I haven’t enjoyed in a long time. While results vary between individuals in my family (the cream soda, root beer and vanilla or ‘cream’ sodas being great for me versus my mom who’s issues are exacerbated by those but aided by the lemonade and citrus flavors), for us so far, they seem to by and large aid in our digestive comfort. Highly recommend for those with digestive issues, IBS, or who avoid the large amounts of processed sugars found in other sodas.

Title: Good alternative to traditional soda if you are health conscious
Review: This is a nice alternative for folks who are looking to steer away from traditional sodas and the high sugars and chemicals, however the taste wasn’t a big win in our house. If you are on the fence about this product, I’d suggest trying it to see what your taste buds tell you.For us it just didn’t give a refreshing feeling and tasted odd. To us the ginger ale tasted too strong of ginger, so much so that it overpowered any joy from it and it was work to finish the can. The cola tasted like the bottom of one of those fast food frozen cokes, an odd flat taste. The cream soda was too weak, a watery taste. The root beer was okay (more like a flat root beer taste) and had an odd aftertaste. Overall not horrible, it’s impressive this company was able to make soda healthier….. bit it’s also not something we’d buy again unless health issues require it. I believe if you drank this stuff regularly it would become more tolerable.

Title: Best drink!
Review: Love olipop so much! Root beer is our favorite. Not overly sweet and does taste a lot like a real soda. Love that it has lower sugar and more fiber than real soda
