Review: My husband and I both have both been told to take fish oil to support heart health. It has slightly helped increase his HDL levels (good cholesterol). I usually don’t remember to take it 3 times a day, but I think any amount helps!! There is no taste at all. This is the best price I’ve found for such a big supply with quality ingredients.
