Title: A Solid and Smart Addition to Family Outings
Review: My son recently made a comment that really stayed with me. He pointed out that I am rarely in any of our family pictures. I realized it is because I am always the one behind the camera. I found this stick and thought it might help change that. It feels sturdy and secure, and my phone fits without any trouble. The adjustable height is great and gives a lot of flexibility whether we are taking photos indoors or outside.What I like most is that it folds down easily and does not take up much space. Title: Excellent for Stationary Use, Less Ideal for Travel
Review: This is an excellent tripod with a convenient, easy-opening design and impressive 70″ telescoping reach. The phone mount is secure and the included remote control is a nice bonus feature.However, it’s a little heavy and bulky for a “travel” selfie stick. I’d use the label “portable” instead. I’d recommend this for stationary activities like group photos, video calls, recording golf swings at the range, or indoor content creation where you have space and don’t mind the bulk. It’s unlikely you’d use this for livestreaming outdoor adventures like snowboarding runs where weight and portability matter.For these stationary purposes, this product is fantastic – the stability and reach make it perfect for fixed-position video recording or photography situations.Pros: Excellent build quality, 70″ reach, secure phone mount, remote control, easy setupCons: Heavy and bulky for travel or active outdoor adventuresGreat for group photos, video calls, golf swing analysis, and indoor content creation – just not ideal for lightweight travel or action sports.

Title: Great for impromptu situations with quick setup and versatility
Review: I am very pleased with the versatility of this tripod and selfie stick. As a selfie stick, it is quite larger than most though. Completely collapsed, it is about the size of a classic police baton or nightstick. This may be inconvenient to carry for extended periods of time without a wrist strap. Where it really shines is as a quick setup tripod. Literally, drop the tripod with the bottom facing the ground to automatically pop open the legs for the base. Alternatively, you can bump the bottom red button by hand to extend the legs. The telescoping arm is impressive too and raises up to nearly 6 feet. As a selfie stick, this full length really captures all the surrounding background, but you may need two hands to counterbalance the weight.Now, I don’t expect this to replace a more professional tripod or studio mounts. The footprint with the legs opened is fairly narrow. When fully extended to the tallest height, it can get top-heavy. So, outdoors on uneven terrain or with a strong gust of wind, the whole thing is prone to topple. Indoors, it might take a person/child to brush against it to knock it over. But for quick temporary set up and use, it’s so simple. If you don’t need it at full height, then you will gain better stability.There are a couple of mounting options. One is a tension spring mount for phones. This piece can also be detached and has a kickstand on the back to set up your phone on a countertop. This also has a 360° rotation at the axis to position horizontally or vertically. The other mount is a standard threaded 1/4-inch adapter for cameras, or any other compatible equipment, such as a flash. The mount angle is adjustable and can be locked in place. There are no adjustments to pan side to side, just angle tilt.A remote is included that pairs over bluetooth to control your phone’s camera operation.
