Review: Absolutely amazing! I am pregnant with my 4th and this is the first pregnancy I am actually sleeping! I not only fall asleep quicker, I also am able to fall back asleep easier in the middle of the night after the many bathroom visits. I tell everyone I can about the benefit of these. They leave no sleepy hangover the next day and are nothing but perfect. Side note- this has also completely eliminated any muscle cramps like Charlie horses in the middle of the night. I have had zero this pregnancy!! Can’t say enough- there are only benefits to this and zero risk. Try it for a while- it doesn’t happen quickly so be patient but after a few weeks you will notice the differences!
