It’s not what I wanted. It’s what I needed.This thing is convenient. Easily filled. Easy to store. Easy to recharge (I’ve had this for 3 weeks and still have t recharged since the original charging the day I received it. I use it almost daily for extra cleaning.Cons:1. Well the easy twist lid is attached with like a rubber cord. That rubber cord and lid sometimes gets in my way when using. Not a deal breaker. I don’t remove any stars for that.2. Mayyyyybe the travel bag could be nicer? It’s fine. So again not taking anything off. And I think I prefer the natural feel fibers than if it was slick or shiny. Discreet is what I’m wanting and fits to a t.Pros.1. Already said it. But size. More than enough to thoroughly clean on one fill. In fact I usually just let the whole amount empty so that I don’t have to worry about leaks.2. No leaks. I turn it upside to use. No leaks!3. Review: Why it is a great product; Cleans bottom well, charge lasts long, has two settings, shutoff *feature and is easy to assemble and use. It has a cute and portable bag. What can be better: the stop feature is available after the second flow setting, which may feel weird if you don’t want the second speed and you must keep the item in your area until you press off. My solution: I only use enough water because the item has a wonderful shutoff feature, so instead of pushing the button twice to get the item to turn off product, I measure how much I may need and let the water flow until the water is finished and then the machine turns itself off. This way I don’t have to fiddle with the off button. It is still a great item to purchase. I hope this helps. Once you start using a bidet for personal hygiene, you can never go back to your old ways. That includes men, too. (I’m a guy, btw. My fellow dudes, it’s time to get on the bidet train.) The old one worked fine. It was one of those no-name brands that are ubiquitous on Amazon. But after using it for five years, there were a couple of things that I was hoping to improve on. #1 is that it still had one of those old style micro-USB charging ports, and I didn’t want to carry an extra cable while traveling just to charge the bidet. And #2 was that the reservoir never seemed quite large enough and would leave me stranded in the middle of a cleansing. So I thought I’d give this Bidet Buddy a try. I’m quite happy with it. USB-C charging like any self-respecting product in 2026, and the reservoir is larger, so I don’t run out of water. In fact, I rarely have to use the entire reservoir. It’s physically not notably larger than the previous one and doesn’t really take up more room in my suitcase, but the reservoir is maybe 100 mL larger, which seems to make all the difference between “enough” and “not quite enough” water. The low power setting is good for general use. The high power setting is… invigorating, but I’m glad to have that option for when you need power wash the undercarriage. Overall, it’s a solid upgrade from my previous travel bidet. Recommended.
