It gives me a quick energy boost and helps me feel more alert and refreshed, especially in the afternoons.Now onto the flavor — cotton candy. I was a little skeptical at first. I mean, cotton candy and electrolytes? But it actually works. It’s sweet without being too overpowering or artificial, and it has that nostalgic fairground vibe without tasting like straight-up sugar. It’s more like a light, fruity sweetness with a hint of that classic spun sugar flavor. Title: Does exactly what it is supposed to do!
Review: This is a great product and the taste is amazing, but it does have a salty taste. It is very good for electrolyte replacement. As a nurse practitioner, I recommend this to all my patients! I would have given 5 stars but due to the salty taste not being ideal figured 4 were the honest reply. They are very effective at what they are meant to be used for! It is very good your skin as well!

Review: Ohhhhh the cotton candy!!! 😍This is basically sugar water I guess but makes it easier to get hydrated since I dislike water. Dissolves easily. I add it to the larger sport bottles of Poland Spring so it’s a little more diluted, but still a strong enough flavor for me. I’ve purchased cotton candy several times. Love it.Orange crème was not as good as I hoped.Sherbet flavor sounded good but the sugar-free left an odd aftertaste.Love the b*mb pop flavor. A nice lemon-lime reminiscent of summer days!

Title: literally so good i am having to limit myself
Review: i am horrible about getting water and salt in my system, and these are exactly what i need. this flavor is so good i had unintentionally gone through 7 sticks in one day (don’t do that). they definitely keep me up and going, as i get faint if i don’t have at least one or two a day, so they are definitely improving my health. easy to use, and if anyone is having trouble getting them to dissolve, i find it’s much easier to do so by shaking it in a water bottle rather than stirring.
