I run a little over 4 miles per day in low temps in the winter- extreme low temps as well. I can wear a base layer glove and hold these warm packets in my hands during my entire 4 plus miles in 20 degrees and below weather and these are AMAZING!!! They really work and my hands have never even got remotely cold on my long runs.I would imagine these are great for any type of outdoor activity in most cold weather locations which have very low temperatures. Super successful for me, and I have tested them on MANY running occasions. I don’t run without them. Game changer item for me! Little smaller than what I expected, but it worth the money, for the price you will get 10 pairs. It last me through the whole Football game, and I only used 1 pair, which is very nice! Need to heat it up? Just place it out for a few minutes and it warm up again, what a surprise! Very small and light weight, it fits my small hand, but it still give me some heat. It also fits my jacket’s pocket, I can feel the warnest through my little pocket. Deffinatly recommend it for outside use in the winter. They are fast-acting, long-lasting, and perfect for outdoor activities, especially during the colder months.
