Review: I got this Qxutiwy digital luggage scale because I wanted to avoid any frustrating surprises at the airport. The last thing I want to be doing is repacking bags in the bag check line! This has a big range and goes up to 50kg or 110lbs, which is more than enough for my luggage or any other tasks I have where a hanging scale would be needed.This is a simple scale that is very quick to hook up and it gives you an accurate digital measurement. This takes the very common CR2032 battery and it seems to last a while. The display is backlit and easy to read. There are only two buttons that allow you to turn it on and off (press and hold), zero the scale, and change units. You can change the units not only between pounds and kilograms, but interestingly Fahrenheit and Celsius as well. So I suppose it is both a luggage scale and ambient thermometer!This luggage scale is very compact and lightweight and barely takes up any space. I plan to leave it at home but if you wanted to put it in your bag to check weights on the way home, it’s a totally reasonable size to carry with you as well. Overall this is an excellent value and seems to work very well. Would definitely recommend.

Title: Good luggage scale but need to hold it steady
Review: This scale fits well in my hands for lifting my luggage, to weigh. It works pretty well but the repeatability of measurements could be a bit better and it takes some care to get good readings.It’s made of plastic with metal hardware for the luggage strap hook. It’s small enough that I easily have room to keep it in a pocket in my suitcase, so it’s ready to use when I’m packing.From my experience using it, the accuracy of the scale depends a lot on how steadily you can hold it while lifting. It locks the reading after a few seconds when I lift something with it. If I’m not careful, it will lock a weight reading that isn’t very accurate.As a test, I lifted and measured 15 lbs and 25 lbs worth of exercise weights with this scale and initially observed around 0.4lbs of variation between readings. I repeated this again later but used both hands to hold it and took extra care to remain steady and avoid swinging. That brought the repeatability of my measurements down to about 0.2 lbs. I also weighed the excercise weights on a much more accurage postage scale. The median value from this luggage scale was about 0.16 lbs higher, which slightly exceeds the stated 0.1 lbs accuracy.Thankfully the accuracy I’ve observed is still within the margin/leeway that airlines have offered me when my bags were right at the weight limit in the past. Your mileage may vary there of course.It comes with a little plastic pull tab to keep the battery from draining. I held onto that and slip it back in when I’m done using it, so it doesn’t slowly drain just sitting in my suitcase between trips.For the price, I still think this is a great value. Just be realistic with your expectations for accuracy and repeatability.
