Review: Protein powders are kind of a crap shoot but this tastes great! I can sometimes have a digestive reaction to whey protein but this seems to be high quality whey from grass fed animals because it doesn’t bother me at all. The mexican chocolate flavor is tasty, and sometimes I add frozen cherries and berries to it 🙂

Review: Trying out a new protein. Although it is expensive compared to others it appears to be better quality, but you really never know. It taste really good and it’s satiating. It’s perfect for my protein shake which consists of one scoop of this, one banana, Cup and a half of almond milk, and ice. Nothing earth shattering but simple. Does the job as a post workout drink.
