Title: Love my Fitbit and still don’t have one.
Review: I have owned a fit charge 3 and loved it. However… I received the product and display was very dark. When I contacted the company about this they advised me to go to u tube to use. I did that and it did not work. This review is more about the company than the product. After contacting Amazon they stepped in and I was able to return. I asked for a replacement, not a return, they obviously didn’t understand that. Sooo I did return and it cost me an additional 14.00. I still do not have my Fitbit. I will not order this product again.

Title: “Renewed” Fitbit DOA
Review: I ordered one of these Fitbit Charge 3, renewed. It arrived with a working charger and band in good condition but the screen didn’t work. I fully charged it and followed troubleshooting instructions from the manufacturer but it still didn’t work.Amazon sent me a replacement since it was one of their renewed items but the second one arrived with exactly the same issue. I saw on online forums that this is a known bug in some Charge 3s and there’s nothing that can be done. I asked Amazon to send me a replacement that works and they referred me to the seller.Once again, I asked for a replacement that works. The seller told me to talk to Amazon, since they fulfilled the order. When I told them Amazon sent me to them, they simply refunded my payment and told me to dispose of the Fitbit.Buy with caution: these folks are distributing broken products under the label of “renewed.”

Title: It’s a great everything.
Review: This does what I need. Gives info on activity, reminds me to move, and several aspects of sleep. I have had O2 problems at night. This tells me if my level dropped during the night. It has one quirk my last one didn’t have. I found it really dim one day. It was charged but dim. Playing with it I found the symbol for settings on the watch. I tapped that and it went bright again.

Title: Nice watch, good app, but the presentation was lacking for gifting.
Review: I have enjoyed the Fitbit. It’s a great way to help you remember to move and realized just how sedentary we actually are. The app is easy to use, fairly uncomplicated to set up. It has the weather/ current temp on it, so that’s cool. It can usually tell without me telling it if I am walking on a treadmill or using an elliptical and count that toward my day. However, it did throw a false positive and thought I got my steps while driving for 2 hours.The food and water tracking options are there, but I find I still use My Fitness Pal and a different water app because they have more features. I was hoping to be able to use the watch to help keep up with my water/ add to my total but I can’t.The watch has froze up on me once and I had to Google how to fix it and found that in the forums. It holds a charge well and recharges quickly.However the packaging I received was horrible, just the watch and an extra band and charger in a little cardboard box. No documentation, how to’s, nothing. It felt like a bought a second handed item and that did not make for an aesthetic gift presentation. The box wasn’t even printed with a logo. Just brown cardboard. I can’t hold this against the product but the delivery was much less than expected. If I bought a refurbished/ returned item, I was not made aware of it but that is what it looked like when I opened it.

Title: Perfect band for fitness
Review: Charges fast and battery lasts for about 4 days depending on use. The display is black and white and looks great. You can get notifications on it if you want and it keeps track of sleep, steps, and workouts. Can’t beat the price and quality.

Review: I ordered this fibit, 3 to replace my original fibit 3 it came as advertised. This order came sooner then it was advertised which was great,👍the price was reasonable it was clean and, in working condition once I changed it & did a clear user data & a reboot of the device and, paird it to my phone it work right away. Am very happy with new/use Fitbit 3 thanks

Title: Watch died after 1 month , also seller is horrible to deal with BEWARE
Review: This fit bit just died on me, today is July 13 and had a 90 day guaranteed return. It was returnable up to July 3rd.and did not last the 30 days. I did not realize refurbished. I will have to see if I can get me a new one. I am so frustrated that this is already dead. I could have paid a lot less if I got direct from fit bit website too. I have a watch that does not work after a month . Not happy right now, also fit bit watches only last me a year too, so having one die after a month not to happy. This seller was horrible to deal with, one answer responses to comply with Amazon 48 hour response time. I finally got my money back from Amazon after calling them 3 to4 time on the phone. They kept telling me the same story about the 48 hour response time and that they would file a request to get me a credit in 5 days. The last rep. Did his job filled out paperwork and followed up on. He got me my credit. This was the worst experience I have had so far with Amazon and this seller. Also beware the Charger 4 is no longer available and is discontinued hrough Fitbit too. I like this model, but figured with all the issues of only lasting a year and this night mare with a refurbished one from Tower Electronics, it was time to try another brand. Bought a Smart watch for 40.00 and so far it works even better then the fitbits I have had and can read Display better then the fitbit.

Title: fitbit 3 replacement
Review: this was to replace an original fitbit 3 that lost its ability to view the digits and letters. this worked well but about a year past the purchase date, the same this happened. It’s only because it is sync’d with my phone that I can see what the fitbit data is. If it wasn’t for this problem, I would have given it 5 stars.
