Title: Good quality tumbler. Replace the lid
Review: I have now used daily for several months and do not miss my Yeti that was lost. I replaced the lid a with Yeti knock off replacement that cost a few bucks for a pair because the original lid seemed to slide up over time with hot liquid in the tumbler. This is a great quality tumbler otherwise. I like the blue color. Hot stays hot for at least 4 hours. I have not tested hot beyond that. Cold stayed cold 6 hrs. Only tried once. I will stick with this brand as is great quality tumbler and fairly priced.

Review: This is a great mug to keep your drinks warm. No leaks, but you do need to “burp” the lid once in a while as the heat builds up and starts to push it upward. Fits perfectly in the car’s cup holder.

Title: Keep warm? Yes!20 Oz.? Not even close.
Review: I bought this to use with a coffee maker that will brew 12, 14, 18or 20 ounces of coffee. The lid seals ok, although not perfectly. The design is fine to keep hot drinks hot. My problem is that you are told not to fill past the point where the stainless steel gets wider because that portion of the mug is not insulated and your drink will get cool much quicker. I brewed an 18 ounce cup of coffee in my coffee maker and it overflowed So I did an experiment. I poured a measured 20 ounces into the mug and it filled it to the very top edge, nearly overflowing. So I filled the mug to the maximum fill line and measured the amount of liquid. It was a very tiny amount over 16 ounces – not even close to the advertised 20 ounce claim. The last picture shows the mug filled to the proper level. That is about 15 ounces. Very disappointing. I would not recommend buying from any company overstating the claims of a product.

Title: How to shut the lid tightly
Review: Keeps liquids cold for far more than 12 hours and retains ice overnight. In order to close and seal the lid shut you have to pour the liquid well below the top. Excellent price. Very satisfied.

Review: The product is G-R-E-A-T. Keeps hot drinks hot and is so very easy to clean. I have 4 of these mugs & they are all fantastic. Sadly I dropped one of them at Christmas and damaged the lid. I emailed their Customer Services team to purchase a replacement lid and they despatched me one by return of post. The comms was clear open and friendly and they resolved my query swiftly. 10 outta 10 WetoWeto !! Thank you.
