I don’t know what experience anyone else has had with this company…but this was great customer service! Review: I was pleased with the appearance and quality of the charm, but the chain (upgraded for $20) was very disappointing. There was no larger loop at the end to make attaching the clasp easy. It took me 5 minutes and a magnifying glass. As others have mentioned, count on getting a different chain.Very pleased with shipping. Order sent overnight Fedex the same day I ordered it.
