Title: Great if you haven’t played the Wii versions
Review: Worked great on my Switch 2. Bit pricey, but worth it if you’re like me and never got a chance to play the original games. Games are very fun. It’s amazing how they’re able to take a classic character like Mario and keep him relatively relevant and these games, while originally for the Wii, showcase some great innovation in the basic formula of the typical Mario games. Great to have for Switch. Worth full price if you haven’t played the games before since it’s a two in one package. But, if you played on Wii and want them for Switch, maybe wait for a sale.

Title: Neat Mario game
Review: Neat game pair. I’ve so far only played a good bit of galaxy 2 but been having a fun time with it. It seems a little more challenging than galaxy one (which I’ve played on the previous release of Mario 3D all stars). I like the helper mode and been playing the game mostly that way – the mode makes sure you don’t fall off planets and such, and gives you extra heart containers. So far, for one of the level challenges though I found, through trial and error, that it was better to have the easy mode off so I played it with the mode off for that particular challenge level.This game is a platformer type game – and is quite fun and seems well made. Can’t wait to see it to the finish, and then try out galaxy 1 after that. It is challenging enough to make it fun, but not so hard it’s not fun. Highly recommend if you like old school platformer type games and if you like Mario games.Just to note that although Nintendo has made it mostly button/stick control, there is still a lot that takes motion control so you need to use either a joycon, or pro-controller with motion controls if you play it in dock mode. In handheld mode you can also use touch screen in conjunction with button control.Also though I haven’t gotten to try it yet, there is an option for a second player in couch co-op.I’m reviewing this for the Nintendo switch 1 edition on a switch 1 console.

Title: The best Wii era Mario games released for a new generation of players!
Review: Two great Wii era Mario games given some mild polish and released for Switch and Switch 2. These classics hold up extremely well and are a must play for fans of 3D Mario games. Solid controls (motion optional) make the games super fun to play through and some of the most unique environments ever used in a Mario game. This is a 10/10 for me and an easy recommendation.

Title: Two of the Best
Review: Two of the best platformers ever made on one cart. Yes the price is not appealing, as these were $9.99 on the Wii U store a couple years ago, but now these are updated visually to run 4k 60fps on Switch 2. Making this a must buy for those who have never played these games. 100% on the cart, runs great, top tier gameplay, and for those who like the movies and are looking forward to the new one, this game will give you a little background on the whole “Galaxy” thing. In the world of platformers, these are in the top 5 easily.
