The biggest win is the easy-open lids—they’re secure enough to stay shut in a bag, but they don’t require a ton of finger strength to open, which makes a real difference if you have arthritis or hand pain.The compartments are a good size (fits multiple pills without cramming), and the days are clearly labeled so it’s easy to see if you’ve taken everything. Review: I bought two of these in different colors, one for my husband and one for myself.They feel sturdy, and the lids snap shut securely, so I don’t have to worry about them being left half open. At the same time, they’re not hard to open or close, which makes them easy to use.The only downside is that they’re a bit bigger and longer than I expected.I don’t carry mine around, so it’s fine for me, but it might feel large for someone who wants to carry it daily.

Review: If you don’t mind the size, this pill organizer would be your best option. The lid colors are bright enough to locate the box when placed into large purses/bags yet clear enough to see what pills you still haven’t taken. The box is very sturdy as I’ve dropped it a few times and it hasn’t broken nor have the pills come flying out. The swing to open feature is awesome! I usually have to hold the box with one hand and push to open with the other. This means the spring to open covers don’t open up randomly and hold your pills in place securely!

Review: I never thought I’d be so excited about a pill box, but what can I say? I guess I really am old. I had one of those drugstore pill boxes for years, the ones at the end of the aisle that usually sell for about $2.99. It was great until it broke and then I bought a new one . . . couldn’t get the little flaps open to save my life. I kept sticking a letter opener in to pry them open, but I knew that was just an accident looking to happen. I came across this one and kept it in my cart for awhile, hoping the impossible one would become less impossible if I continued to stab it every day, but no such luck. Bit the bullet and bought this one, and I love it. It’s super easy to open, you just press down and the covers open right up. There’s tons of room in each compartment, so if you take vitamins and supplements, there will be room for everything. And I have to say the pretty colors make me smile. Totally recommend.
