Title: Super useful, but may want to practice inflating it before taking it on a plane
Review: I’m not sure why it’s never occurred to me to get a foot rest to use when travelling, but these are great for me and my short legs! I’ve loved having it in the car for our road trips. However, like I mentioned in my title, I’d suggest trying to blow it up at home first before doing so on a plane or out in public. This is because the smaller nozzle can make a weird and loud screeching sound as you’re blowing air through it, but only sometimes.At least for me, this is what I’ve found:-the big nozzle works best if you can do circular breathing where you breathe in through your nose and then out and into the pump nozzle with your mouth. I don’t know if this is a well known term, but I know about this from years in band, but my husband looked at me like I was crazy. Because the nozzle opening is so big, it looses air super quickly whenever you remove your mouth, but you can really get it filled up pretty quickly if you can keep your mouth over it and do the circular breathing method I described.-if you only use the big nozzle to get a little air into the pillow, that’s fine, it’ll still work to quickly seal it up and then switch to the small nozzle to do most of the inflating. HOWEVER, this is when the small nozzle is the noisiest. It’ll also take quite a while to fill it up the rest of the way.-if you use the big nozzle to get the pillow filled up most of the way, then the small nozzle will make a little noise, but it’s not nearly as loud and it’ll go quite a bit faster.So I haven’t taken this on a plane yet, but I’m sort of glad that I didn’t try to do so the first time using this as it would have been very disruptive. When I first made that screeching noise from trying to blow air through the small nozzle before taking it out to the car with me, our cats ran and hid under the bed from the scary noise. So I’m not sure what the reaction would have been if I’d done that on a plane.This set works great in the car though! It’s a great height for me anyways at 5’2″ to prop my feet up at a more ideal angle and height. It’s got that plasticky smell that all inflatables seem to have, but instead of being smooth plastic like your pool floaties, these have a slight fuzzy or velvety texture to them. It feels nice on my bare feet and just to help them stay looking nicer longer, I’m personally only going to rest either my bare or socked feet on them.

Title: Inflatable foot rests
Review: This item comes with 2 inflatable footrests intended for easy travel and use in airplanes, cars or offices. I missed that this was 2 foot rests, so I was a little surprised by that. With that said, this is pretty simple – a slightly tapered cube that folds up into a fairly compact cube. Then you just unfold and inflate with 2 valves, but oh my, the small leakproof cap is absurdly loud. You might not feel comfortable using it in some situations, so make sure to try it out first at home.This is a flocked piece of swim floatie, so I have made sure to not wear shoes with this and you need to be careful that you don’t put it down on something that could pop it with sharp surfaces. This also will slide around a bit on some surfaces and it’s not adjustable, so it might not be appropriate for everyone. If you want something for a desk you use daily, a more permanent solution might be better than an inflatable. This could be useful for someone that moves around to different offices or something similar.

Title: Squeals while inflating, comfortable and durable with a soft velvety exterior, holds air well
Review: The Kukugo brand inflatable foot rest two-pack arrives in a heavy duty semi-transparent resealable bag that can be used to store the foot rests between uses. Included in the bag is an illustrated full color use and instruction card as well as a Thank You note with contact information from the company. This product is made in China.The foot rests have a soft and comfortable exterior that is velvety and covers the entire plastic pillow. The cap design of the nozzle allows access to either the valve and/or the large nozzle.I had some difficulty blowing these up until I realized the leak proof valve or small nozzle was under the top tab (as shown in the listing photos). From experience I can tell you it’s nearly impossible to inflate unless you use the small nozzle. It was easy to blow up but it does make some squealing noises while inflating. There is a slight incline to the pillow to distinguish the front from the back.Both my husband and I first tried them out while eating dinner. We put them under the kitchen table because I have ceramic tile floor that is cold in winter and more so lately due to a snow and ice storm. Both of us enjoyed using them more than we thought we would. The foot rests were comfortable, the height was nice and we could even stretch out our legs and prevent our heels from pressing against the hard floor.I have kept my foot rest under the table since I spend several hours a day using my laptop. I can tell the foot rest has not only improved my posture but the elevation helps with my blood circulation and arthritis. I also use the pillow to step up and down keeping my core engaged and my body from stiffening when sitting too long. I’ve also used the foot rests on the sofa, stacking them both together to elevate my feet while lying down. Since I started using them about a week ago I have not noticed any reduction in the amount of air in the foot rest and they seem to be holding up well.At the time I ordered this product it was priced at $18.99 for two which seems like a decent value for the money and has been a pleasant surprise to use.

Title: Fuzz & cat hair magnet.
Review: Easy to inflate but it always lost a bit of air and was never fully inflated like I wanted. Also, I never thought to consider how much fuzz and cat hair it would pick up. I went back to my hand-made wooden box. I gave the 2nd one to my boss and she said the same about the inflation issue but didn’t care about the fuzz.

Review: These pillows are your standard inflatable pillow without any bells or whistles.You can use them for a variety of purposes. I have a desk job so I use mine regularly. They are easy enough to blow up, but they do take a little bit to inflate. But once inflated, they stay inflated for an extended period of time.I’m keeping one for under my desk and the other is in my travel bag.With the limited amount of space on standard flights these days, There really isn’t much room to put them on the ground in a plane.Overall these are an economical option. They have some jagged edges, commonly found on inflatables. They’re currently priced at just under $18 at the time of this review. I feel that’s a fair price for 2 travel pillows.

Review: Repose-pieds gonflables efficaces et confortables, parfaits pour les voyages, le bureau et la maisonCes deux coussins gonflables gris sont de belle apparence. Leur tissu doux façon velours est agréable au toucher, et il se lave très bien avec un linge humecté. Leur format est idéal pour recevoir les deux pieds, et aussi pour soutenir le dos sur une chaise ou un fauteuil trop profond. Ils sont faciles à transporter dans un sac et très utiles en voiture ou lors de voyage. Ils offrent également un bon confort à la maison et au bureau.Le système de gonflage est une nette amélioration par rapport aux modèles plus anciens que j’ai connus. Il est facile à comprendre et à utiliser : la valve se verrouille bien, l’air ne s’échappe pas entre les souffles, et le bouchon reste bien en place. En tant que personne âgée, j’ai pu gonfler chaque coussin en une dizaine de souffles, ce qui est tout à fait raisonnable. Deux souffles supplémentaires suffisent pour obtenir une fermeté accrue.Pour gonfler, voici la procédure expliquée de façon détaillée : il faut insérer solidement la première partie du bouchon dans le gros trou du coussin. Sur le dessus de cette partie se trouve la valve pour gonfler le coussin. Gonfler. Ensuite, simplement fermer le bouchon pour protéger la valve. Moi, quand j’appuie jusqu’au fond, il se produit un petit « pok », ce qui me confirme que c’est bien fermé. Voilà, le coussin est prêt à l’emploi pour le repos des pieds, des jambes et du dos.Le dégonflage est tout aussi simple : il suffit d’ouvrir le bouchon et de presser la petite tige pour libérer l’air progressivement. Pour un dégonflage complet et rapide, on retire le mécanisme en entier. Un petit conseil : amorcer un léger dégonflage avant de retirer le mécanisme facilite grandement la prise sur le coussin.Une fois dégonflés, les coussins se plient ou se roulent facilement, devenant très compacts. Ils se rangent aisément dans un sac à main ou un bagage cabine. Le sac plastique à glissière est pratique, même si je ne suis pas certaine qu’il s’agisse de la « pochette de voyage » mentionnée dans la description. Dans l’ensemble reçu, il n’y avait pas de pochette de voyage spécifique, sauf ce sac plastique pour l’expédition des coussins.Pour moi, ce nouveau système de gonflement est innovateur et de loin plus efficace que celui montré dans le carton explicatif livré avec ces coussins : on nous montre une valve d’un autre système, soit une valve bien ordinaire. Au risque de me répéter, je confirme qu’avec ce nouveau système, ces coussins se gonflent rapidement et se dégonflent en quelques secondes, sans résidu d’air. Par ce système, ils seront aussi possiblement plus résistants, déjà qu’ils sont beaucoup plus faciles à manipuler, ce qui me porte à croire qu’ils auront une plus longue durée de vie.Bref, idéal pour qui n’a pas les pieds qui touchent au sol. Parfait pour les voyages en voiture, en avion, en train, et même au bureau et au salon. Son utilisation est rapide, et son pliage sans résidu d’air l’est encore plus. Je recommande ce duo de repose-pieds gonflables.

Review: We tried these foot rests for airplane travel, but they feel more like cheap inflatable camping gear. They do elevate the feet a bit, but stability is lacking and they quickly lose air if not careful.I wouldn’t use them at work or for long periods, they’re okay in a pinch, but not very comfortable or durable.

Review: If you are short like myself, you have legs that dangle off your chair with only toes that touch the ground. In my quest to be more ergonomic and to reduce back pain, I decided to order one of these for my home office. During work from home days, I will be sitting on my desk chair for hours and always seem to forget taking breaks when I am in the zone. Having one of these inflatable foot rests is a delight, because it just makes my seating position a lot more comfortable when my whole foot can be touching something rather than dangling.The inflatable foot rests look exactly like the photograph. You will receive two in the package, presumably one for yourself and the other for your significant other when you are flying on the airplane on your one week long vacation on an island resort. Obviously they don’t come inflated in the box so you will have to do that part yourself. They are grey in colour and have a flocked (kind of like suede) feel to the cushion part, and apparently the PVC material it is made from is about 0.5mm, so fairly thick. Reminds me of the consistency of an inflatable mattress. When inflated the cushions are approximately 17 inches in lengh, 15 inches in width, and 7.5 inches at their deepest point. At first I didn’t quite understand how to blow them up, but it turns out the valve is a special two way valve that keeps the air trapped inside longer. You put your mouth on the valve (its not a stem like other blow up items) and just blow like you would blow up a ballon. So far I cannot see any downsides to these inflatable footrest cushions and I think they would help make your workspace more ergonomic and friendly to your body on a daily basis.
