The angle on the head just isn’t right, especially with the instrument being so long, you can’t angle it down sufficiently. You might think from looking at it that you can just set the nozzle at whatever angle you need, like in the pictures, but that does not work. The only angle that is reliable is fully straight up. I stuffed some epoxy putty in the hinge so the nozzle won’t go past a right angle, and that makes the perfect angle for me (and it still folds down for travel).With that modification, I can even use the head to scrub the anus as opposed to just spraying from a distance, and that is much more effective.The reservoir holds 175 ml, which is less than another one I have used, and it takes some skill to get a full cleaning out of that much water, but I usually succeed.The spray head is quite a bit smaller (maybe 1/3 the diameter) of that other product, which is part of the reason it takes longer to clean.
